LXG- 9 Auto Bottle Blowing Machine Feature
LXG model is the crystallization of Longxin's production technology for more than 10 years.
The all electric mechanism enables the machine to run stably and at high speed, and preform is divided into equidistance by servo motor.
In the production process, it is a safe, fast, accurate and stable infrared heating system. The infrared lamp realizes stepless pressure regulation, with small preform pitch and high heating efficiency. The heating oven can be directly turned over, greatly reducing the time for replacing the lamp.
Servo drive preform pitch changing system. Fast preform loading and accurate preform separation. Servo drive mould clamping system. The bottom mould and clamping mould are connected by machinical rods.
